Roberto is a founding senior partner at Taboaço, Nieckele & Fonseca, a firm specialized in wealth management based in Brazil, providing services to a number of selected families in the country and abroad. Roberto has over 30 years of experience in the Latin American financial markets, including executive positions such as CEO of BCN Alliance, Latin America Regional Director of Alliance Capital, CEO of Santander Group in Brazil, and director of Citibank, ING and Pactual. Roberto graduated from Fundação Getulio Vargas (São Paulo, Brazil) and received a post-master degree in International Finance from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy).
Tak Fujino

Mr. Fujino has been Senior Advisor and Chief Compliance Officer of IFA Japan Co., Ltd. – an independent investment advisory firm servicing private individual clients since 2009. He was a Founder, President and CEO of Fisco Asset Management Ltd., a licensed Investment Trust Management Company from 2003 to 2008. In 1989, he founded Equitable Capital Management Japan Ltd., a wholly owned investment management subsidiary of Equitable Capital Management. Since ECM’s merging with Alliance Capital Management in 1993, he was Senior Managing Director Resident of Alliance Capital Management (Japan) Inc., and was President of Alliance Capital Investment Trust Management Inc. from 1997 to 1999, then its Chairman and CEO from 2000 to 2003, responsible for running investment trust fund business in Japan.
Mr. Fujino’s background includes 27 years, from 1962 to 1989, of international corporate banking and investment banking career at the Bank of Tokyo’s global network in Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, London and New York. Mr. Fujino holds a BA in international studies from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
Michael Khoo

Michael is a Singaporean with 37 years of experience in the investment management and financial industry. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Nikko Asset Management Co. Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan from 2005 – 2009. Prior to his retirement at end 2004, Michael was Managing Director of Alliance Capital Management (Singapore) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large U.S. based investment management firm. He spent ten years, as CEO of its Singapore office, building a successful funds-management franchise and developing a strong reputation for client service in the Asia Pacific region.
Michael began his financial markets activity with First National Bank of Chicago in 1972 as a foreign exchange trader. In 1974, he was appointed Trading manager for foreign exchange and money market with Bank of Montreal Singapore. In 1983, he joined Merrill Lynch International Bank as Executive Director, responsible for the bank’s treasury operations in Singapore. While, at Merrill Lynch, he was also instrumental in the development of securities related products for their high net-worth private clients in Asia. He also served on a number of committees at the Investment Management Association of Singapore.
Carl Sundvik

Carl Sundvik is presently the chairman of Information Mosaic Ltd, of The Swedish Bank Research Institute and of Veridict AB. He is also on the board of Bluestep AB and the on the advisory board of FTV Capital. Prior to his retirement from SEB, Carl had been the head of SEB Strategic Investments for seven years. Under Carl Sundvik’s leadership, SEB Strategic Investments, the arm of SEB for strategic minority investments, invested approximately 200 million USD in 25 companies during his 7 years. Carl Sundvik was in the SEB group for 28 years (8 years as EVP) and has been responsible for the international division, group staff functions, international and domestic payments, mortgage banking, internet banks and telephone banking operations before his last position. He has parallel to these positions among other things been responsible for strategic card business, real estate investments, marketing and personnel questions of the bank. He has held positions as chairman of Employers Federation of Swedish Banks, chairman of The Federation of Swedish Service Industries and vice president of European Mortgage Federation as well as board positions in various service and industrial companies. Previous to Carl’s joining SEB, he worked for seven years with accounting and finance in heavy industry in Sweden. Carl holds an MBA from University of Lund and has attended a 6 month management development program at IMD in Switzerland.
